The Eldoloo structure is manufactured with high strength reinforced concrete, 50mpa @ 28 day cube test and is strengthened with polypropylene fiber. All panels are reinforced with 4,00mm diameter deformed wire in mat form (450 mPA yield strength), specially designed for our purpose and certified by a structural engineer. The base slabs are reinforced with 5.6mm diameter deformed wire in mat form. The reinforcing steel mats are positioned in the panels with plastic spacers to conform to specifications as laid down in the code of practice. In accordance with the standardized guidelines, impact load tests were also conducted. All panels subjected to these tests passed. The base slabs is load tested @ 5,0 kN/m2. (500 kg m2). The galvanized door has two spring-loaded hinges which is unique compared to all other doors. It has an easy grip handle and it has an effective locking device on the inside. The locking deivce, when pushed into position after closing the door, will prevent severe from opening the door, thus eliminating unnecessary door damage. The door can be locked from the outside with a padlock. A toilet roll holder is mounted to the inside of the door. Required tools for construction:
Design and Training:
The Eldoloo Toilet structure is designed to create employment for non-skilled persons from local communities (men and women). Proper training is provided in the assembly of the structure at no additional cost. We will support the project from the beginning to the completion thereof.
Panels are packed in sets and transported on 26 ton or smaller crane trucks. Thirty units can be accommodated on a 26 ton truck.
Offloading and handling on site.
All panels are mechanically offloaded and not by hand. Two to four people, both men and woman, can carry the panels. It is important to note that the panels must not be abused at any time.
